Marina
"I always remember stories of how my kind came to be. A mirror image of the stars, cast onto the sea, becoming distorted. Then, we were torn from the water."
Marina is a shy, yet driven girl. Does some monster truly lurk beneath the surface, as some would expect? Or is it simply just her.
Character design for a webtoon, "Shattered Eclipse"
A spread of character designs and individual references done for characters for a webcomic "Shattered Eclipse." Diversity in color palette, silhouette, style, and motifs is key to my process of creating unique characters that tell their own unique stories.
