Storyboards & Direction
Planning and editing the vision for an animation or video project is one of the most exciting steps to me. From the storyboards, to the animatic to animation I help all steps go smoothly in a project. Here I showcase storyboards I have drawn as well as editing I have done for different projects.
"Side-Scroller
Storyboards"
Storyboarding project to map out a side-scroller level while worldbuilding and illustrating important panels for my original story "Shattered Eclipse".

"Cheezy Mac"
Project creating an animated commercial for the "brand" Cheezy Mac. I did all steps on this project from storyboard, to animatic, to 3D modeling and animation, to 2D VFX and character animation as well as final compositing and sound.

The storyboards for this project follow the character within a limited 15 scenes- aiming to create an animation of exactly 15 seconds.
"Dream World"
Capstone animation by Mya Rhea. I was a storyboard artist and animator on this project responsible for key animation, in-betweens, ink and color.

My storyboards for this project involve creating a cohesive and easy to follow scene. I experimented with interesting shots that lead into each other.
"Sea Otters" & "Also Me"
Animations for Essence Cartoon's Internship program based off webcomics created by Sarah Anderson.
My role in these animations was the animatic editor and final compositor. I used After Effects to edit the "Also Me" storyboards in time with the voice actors lines and spaced to indicate the movement to the animators.
For compositing I used After Effects and a variety of water VFX to create the backgrounds and water effects for the "Sea Otters" animation.
"Stake Out"
Capstone animation by Gabbie Bryant. My role in this project was the Animation Coordinator. I assigned shots and kept track of the animators' progress in order to get shots done in a timely manner.
Producer was used to track shots and due dates and Syncsketch was used to review and approve shots.
Team is credited at the end of the film.
